We have a 1 hour arrival window, to allow for traffic and parking. You will be notified when our team member is en route to your home.

CANCELLATIONS

As long as you do it 24 hours the day before your appointment, it’s free. Past 24 hours, there will be a fee incurred as we’ll be unable to fill that time slot on such short notice.

We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee .If you’re not content with your cleaning, you must let us know within 24 hours of your completed booking and we will come out for a re-clean (within a 3 day window).

BILLING

You are billed only after your service is completed. We place a hold on the credit card the day before the service, but this is hold is not a charge. You will only be charged after your cleaning is completed.
